You can modify a report simply by dragging and dropping fields on or off the report or drag to different locations.

Using the drop down arrows on the field titles, you can: select the items that you would like to remove or add back change sort option select Top 10 filters

Note: for Excel 2003 you need to double click on the filter title, then click the Advanced button to access sorting and top 10 options
