How to Add a shortcut to rTools from Sage ACCPAC ERP:

Step 1: Add a New Folder

Add a New Folder to Sage Accpac ERP Desktop
or from File menu, select New

Step 2: Add Kode101 folder
Add Kode101 Folder

Step 3: Add New Folder
Add New rTools Folder

Step 4: Add rTools Reporting Folder
Add rTools Reporting Folder

Step 5: Add New Program
Add New Program - rTools Reporting

Step 6: Add New Report Program
Add New Report Program

Step 7: Navigate to the folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Excel\Excel11\
Navigate to the folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\

Step 8: Select Excel.exe
Select Excel.exe

Step 9: Click Next
Click Next

Step 10: Click Browse
Click Browse

Step 11: Navigate to the folder:
Windows XP - C:\Program Files\Kode101\rTools\
Windows Vista - C:\Users\Public\Kode101\rTools\
Navigate to the folder: Windows XP - C:\Program Files\Kode101\rTools\  Windows XP - C:\Program Files\Kode101\rTools\

Step 12: Select the file rTools
Select the file rTools

Step 13: Click Browse
Click Browse

Step 14: Select My Documents
Select My Documents

Step 15: Click Finish
Click Finish
